Zyntiq enforces a strict NIL (Zero) Refund Policy. All purchases of individual courses, Premium Pass subscriptions, and Value Added Certificate (VAC) programs are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Our educational courses and resources are entirely digital in nature and are made available for immediate access and download upon successful transaction completion. Because students receive instant access to premium video lectures, coding materials, downloadable assets, and intellectual property, we are unable to retract access or process refunds. We encourage all prospective learners to thoroughly review the syllabus, course outlines, and free previews before making a purchase.

To be absolutely explicit, refunds will NOT be issued for any of the following common scenarios:
Dissatisfaction, change of mind, lack of interest, schedule conflicts, or failure to study or utilize the enrolled contents.
Accidental double purchases or wrong course selections. (Please double-check your cart before proceeding to check out).
Inability to access materials due to user's device limitations, internet connectivity, or browser issues.
Accounts that are suspended or blocked due to policy violations (such as violating our 2-device login limitation).
Note on Stuck Payments: If money was debited from your bank account or card, but your transaction is marked as failed or stuck, and no course access has been granted to your Zyntiq account, this is a technical transaction error. In such cases, the payment gateway or bank will automatically reverse the transaction and return the funds within 6–7 working days. If the issue persists, please reach out with proof of transaction for assistance, and our support team will help you coordinate with the gateway.
