Zyntiq is committed to providing excellent educational services and maintaining fair and transparent transaction practices. This Refund Policy outlines the precise terms and conditions for processing refunds for our courses, services, and subscriptions.

1. General Policy Statement

Important: Due to the instant nature of digital access to educational materials, no refunds are allowed for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or failure to utilize the content once access has been fully granted and the enrollment process is complete. Refunds are granted only as exceptions and are subject to the strict time and usage limitations detailed below.

2. Refund Eligibility Exceptions

A purchase may qualify for a refund only if it meets all the specific criteria for the respective product type:

Product/Service Eligibility Criteria
Individual Courses Request submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase, LESS THAN 20% of course content accessed, AND no certificates have been issued.
Premium Pass Subscriptions Cancellation within 3 calendar days of subscription activation, LESS THAN 5% of total available content accessed, AND no premium certificates have been issued.
VAC Program (Value Added Certificate) Request made within 5 calendar days of enrollment, no video lessons completed, AND no quiz attempts have been made.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstance:

  • Any Certificate of Completion or participation once it has been issued, downloaded, or delivered.
  • Any course where usage tracking confirms more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
  • Premium Pass subscriptions after the initial 3-day activation grace period has expired.
  • Materials associated with Live Session Recordings.
  • Fees for Personalized Career Guidance or consulting sessions.

4. Special Clause: Technical Payment Errors

In the event of a technical transaction error where your payment is stuck, held, or failed to process correctly to Zyntiq's account, we will initiate a full refund within 6–7 days. This timeline applies exclusively to genuine technical payment issues and is separate from the standard eligibility review process.
