Before joining Zyntiq, my expectation was to gain a practical understanding of both human resources and corporate marketing. Since it is a fast-paced EdTech company, I wanted to experience how real student and candidate outreach campaigns are structured and executed in a professional remote setup. I learned the fundamentals of end-to-end recruitment, such as candidate sourcing, screening, and database tracking. On the marketing side, I developed strong lead generation, digital outreach, and campaign strategy skills. Working here also significantly boosted my business communication, time management, and professional etiquette.
