Hello everyone
My name is Dishika Singh, I am currently pursuing my HR internship at Zyntiq, and it has been a wonderful learning experience so far. During my internship, I have had the opportunity to work in the Collaboration, Hiring, and Interview departments, which has given me practical exposure to different aspects of Human Resources.
In the Collaboration Department, I learned how to communicate professionally with candidates and partner organizations while improving my interpersonal and coordination skills. In the Hiring Department, I gained hands-on experience in candidate screening, understanding job requirements, and supporting the recruitment process. Working in the Interview Department has helped me understand interview coordination, candidate management, and the importance of maintaining a smooth hiring process.
One of the best aspects of this internship is the supportive work environment. The seniors and team members are always willing to guide and encourage interns, making it easy to learn and grow. Every task has helped me build confidence, improve my communication skills, and gain practical HR knowledge.
I am grateful to be a part of Zyntiq and look forward to learning even more during the remaining period of my internship. I would definitely recommend this internship to anyone who wants to gain practical HR experience in a positive and professional environment.
